We are proud to announce the successful installation and operation of a state-of-the-art waste sorting production line in Zhuzhou, Hunan. Designed to tackle complex solid waste, this customized facility maximizes resource recovery and minimizes landfill dependence. By transforming mixed waste into clean, high-value materials, this project represents a major milestone for local environmental sustainability and circular economy initiatives.
Core Equipment Configuration
To guarantee high processing capacity and exceptional sorting purity, the Zhuzhou plant is equipped with a robust and synergistic combination of advanced separation machinery:

Chain Plate Feeder:
Provides heavy-duty, continuous, and uniform feeding of bulk mixed waste into the system, ensuring smooth downstream operations.
Spiral Screen:
Efficiently pre-screens and untangles complex materials, effectively separating oversized and bulky items from the main material stream.


Ballistic Separator:
Accurately classifies materials based on their physical properties, separating the waste into 3D (heavy/rolling), 2D (light/flat), and fine fractions with remarkable precision.
Bar Flip-Flow Screen:
Specifically designed to handle sticky, wet, and difficult-to-screen materials without blinding or clogging, ensuring high-efficiency separation of coarse aggregates.


Single-Deck Flip-Flow Screen:
Delivers highly precise fine screening, maximizing the recovery rate of valuable small particles that would otherwise be lost.
Vertical Negative Pressure Air Separator:
Utilizes advanced aerodynamics to swiftly extract light impurities (such as plastics, paper, and foils) from heavier materials, guaranteeing an ultra-clean final product.
