Do your engineers speak English? Or do I need a translator?
Our project managers and senior engineers speak fluent English. For site installation, if the local workers don't speak English, we recommend hiring a local translator for smoother communication, but our diagrams and manuals are all in English/Russian/Spanish.
Who pays for the engineer's flight and visa?
According to standard international practice, the buyer (you) is responsible for the engineer's round-trip air tickets, visa fees, local accommodation, and a daily allowance. We provide the technical service for free during the warranty period.
How long does it take to get spare parts?
For common wear parts (like screen mesh or hammers), we can ship via air freight (DHL/FedEx) within 3 days. For larger components, we recommend purchasing a "1-Year Spare Parts Kit" together with the machine to save shipping costs.
