What It Does

The ballistic separator solves the 闂佺偨鍎茬粩绶嘺t, rolling and fine materials mixed together闂?problem. It is usually installed after front-end pre-treatment to make downstream manual, air, magnetic or optical sorting easier.

Working Principle

The motor drives the main shaft through pulleys. The eccentric transmission and paddle assembly create a reciprocating 闂佺偨鍎茬粭宄秏ping闂?motion. Flat 2D material travels upward, 3D rolling material moves downward, and fines fall through the screen openings.
