Metal Chain Plate Feeding Design
The light-duty chain plate feeder uses metal chain plates as the carrying surface. Chain bars provide traction, the frame supports impact load, and the adjustable drive keeps mixed waste moving continuously into downstream sorting equipment.
Applicable waste raw materials
1. Construction and decoration waste
Feeds concrete blocks, brick debris, tile fragments, mixed aggregates and decoration waste into screens, shredders or sorting machines.
2. Municipal solid waste sorting
Suitable for plastic film, paper, packaging waste, kitchen residue and mixed household waste before screening and separation.
3. Heavy or mixed line feeding
The metal chain plate surface handles impact load better than ordinary belt conveyors and helps stabilize feeding flow for complete sorting lines.
Working principle
The motor drives the sprocket through the reducer. The sprocket pulls the chain bars and metal plates to move in a loop, forming a continuous conveying surface. Material falls onto the chain plate and moves forward horizontally or on a slight incline. Side boards and optional sealing structures help prevent material scattering during feeding.
