Heavy-Duty Cutting Chamber
The 4SL dual-shaft shredder uses two low-speed, high-torque shafts to bite, tear and shear bulky materials before sorting, screening or RDF preparation. The rigid welded body, replaceable cutters and heavy reducer configuration are designed for continuous industrial operation.

1. Bulky waste and mixed municipal waste
Reduces large bags, household bulky waste, packaging materials and mixed waste into a more stable size for downstream sorting lines.
2. Plastic, paper, wood and light industrial waste

3. RDF/SRF preparation and recycling line pretreatment

Working principle
After material enters the hopper, two counter-rotating cutter shafts pull the material into the cutting chamber. The cutters tear and shear the material against each other, while the reducer provides strong torque at low speed. Oversized pieces continue to be grabbed and cut until they can pass through the discharge opening, creating a controlled feed size for the next equipment.
