Waste Sorting Equipment
LXS Series Spiral Shaft Separation
Spiral screens are high-efficiency screening equipment that operates without vibration and relies on the rotation of a spiral shaft for propulsion and grading. Their core advantages are that wet and sticky materials do not clog the holes, they have a large processing capacity, and they operate stably. They are particularly suitable for difficult-to-screen materials such as garbage, coal, and ore.
Product Details

Working Principle
- Materials fall onto the screen surface, where the rotating spiral pushes them forward and disperses them radially.
- Fine particles smaller than the shaft gap drop through the screen, while oversize materials move along the spiral and are discharged as oversize products.
- Lumpy materials slide across the screen to realize self-cleaning. Wet and sticky powders are scraped off thoroughly, preventing screen hole clogging permanently.
- Multiple units connected in series enable multi-grade screening, such as separating materials into coarse, medium and fine fractions.
